Exemplar received an unexpected nod in the November issues of Association of Corporate Counsel Docket!  The article (attached this this news announcement) discussions the outrageous costs of litigation, and the disconnect between lawyers and customers (well, "clients" to other firms...).  Exemplar received mention right next to Cisco due to our fixed-fee model for litigation costs, which we approach step-by-step, assuring that our path is always aligned with our customers' paths and expectations.  

Since the legal industry is (finally) moving more and more toward fixed-fee or value-based pricing, why did this nod come as a surprise?  Well, for any of you that have clicked around our website or follow our core initiatives... litigation isn't one of them. Though it is in our areas of expertise, it is our policy to be solution-oriented and thus we offer litigation services as a courtesy to our long-time customers.  Because of this, we're honored that word has spread that our services as giving our customers what they need.
